4to disco de Common y su trabajo mas reconocido, tiene producciones escelentes del mítico Jay Dee (J Dilla), ?uestlove (The Roots) y D'Angelo. Para mi gusto su trabajo mas completo y mejor realizado, apesar de que sus discos anteriores tambien son muy buenos.
Fué en este disco que vió a la luz al colectivo The Soulquarians (D'angelo, Jay Dee y ?uestlove, entre otros). Un discazo de principio a fin.
